Our Pohutakawa Honey is collected by our bees around Christmas time from certain located on Waiheke island. 
This sweet honey is raw and un creamed and naturally crystallized. Simply warm this honey to reverse the crystallization and soften the honey. Only in certain years are we lucky enough to get a pure pohutakawa honey.
