All of Waiheke Honey Bees Manuka honeys are sent off to the laboratory to be independently tested for their Manuka rating. 
This delicious naturally creamy Manuka Honey has been gathered from sites on Waiheke island where the bees have access to Manuka trees resulting in a sweet earthy bitter sweet taste.
