Our Pohutukawa Honey is collected by our bees around Christmas time from certain areas located on Waiheke island. 
This very sweet soft buttery honey has been creamed to stop it from crystallizing so quickly. Only in certain years are we lucky enough to get a pure Pohutukawa honey like this. Our family favourite for on toast.
