500 gram Creamed Pohutakawa Honey

Our Pohutakawa Honey is collected by our bees around Christmas time from certain areas located on Waiheke island. 
This very sweet soft buttery  honey has beencreamed. Only in certain years are we lucky enough to get a pure pohutakawa honey like this. 
Our family favorite for on toast.
